This was during Phase II of the Lesotho Health Study, MCDI which worked with key stakeholders to define a five-year investment strategy designed to strengthen performance by CHAL (Christian Health Association of Lesotho) service providers, by the mental health , maintenance and the continuing education services. This included developing action plans and associated input and budget specifications that were costed and evaluated in terms of their fiscal impact and in terms of their feasibility. Particular attention was given to ensure that the combined investment program was feasible and sustainable, and that these strategies complimented other Health Sector Reform initiatives. |
