Work experience for undergraduates

• 20 week placement July to Dec
  First option goes to students enrolled in Flinders University Bachelor of Engineering (Biomedical)
• Christmas holiday (unpaid) up to 12 weeks
• Final year project (unpaid) for undergraduate courses and graduate courses: Grad Cert, Grad Diploma or Masters Engineering (Biomedical)

• Projects and supervision can be provided in collaboration with Flinders University (need university scholarship)

Internal training for hospital staff

FBE provides medical device training to hospital staff: Laser Safety, and Electrical safety for Paramedics and Medical students.

Contract training for organisations

International biomedical engineering training has been provided in Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Malaysia, and Hong Kong

International collaborative programs have involved training of participants for organisations with training ocurring both overseas and participants bought to Adelaide

Within Australia custom courses have been provided for TAFE
